How big is the blender?
When attached to the base with the lid on, the portable blender is 32cm high and about 10cm wide. The capacity of the cup is a generous 600ml.
Do I have to drink with blades attached?
No, we give you a cup conversion piece for free so that you can take the blades off and replace the base to use as a travel cup. (This looks a lot like a protein shaker and will fit in most car cupholders)
Does this work with ice?
Yes absolutely, this blender has 150 watts of power and can crush small ice cubes. It is best to do this with the pulse mode which is activated by double clicking the button.
The blades are also specifically designed to slice fruit and veg - just make sure they are cut up into small pieces first.
How do I clean the portable blender?
This is the easy part! Simply add water and a little drop of dishwashing liquid to your blender and turn it on. This will wash the blades and cup nicely.
If you want a more thorough clean under the tap, simply unscrew the blade section to scrub and rinse under warm water.
*Please note: While our Portable Blender is splash proof, covering the USB-C charging outlet with a finger while cleaning will prolong the life of your blender.
How long does the battery last?
The battery in our portable blender is 4000mAh. This means you can make up to 15 smoothies before needing to charge it again! Of course, it depends how hard the motor has worked chopping up your ingredients and every recipe is different.
Eg. It is much easier to mix up a protein powder than chopped apple and carrot!
How do I know when to charge the blender?
When you screw on the cup component, the blender has a cool light display which will indicate how charged it is. Green lights mean the battery is fully charged, and as the number of red lights increase, you'll see how low the battery is.
It is best to allow up to 5 hours to charge up the battery again with the USB C cable provided.
